Washout.

What a shame! Avoca Beachside Markets were a washout last Sunday and I was so looking forward to the day. Nevermind there is always next month, Sunday 23rd October. In the mean time I will be having a stall at the pop up market in Taylor Square Darlinghurst on Thursday 6th october 5-9pm. It is going to be great fun so hope to see you there. Look out for Creative Moods Stained Glass Studio stall, it will be green.

Gorgeous Days.

Dare I say it out loud, we have had a week of the most gloreous days weatherwise. Today feels like Summer, don't worry that it is only just Spring. I am not getting too smug though, I am sure that there will be a chilly blast before the real thing is here for keeps.
Lots of projects underway in my glass world as well as everything else. I am madly working on my first submission for Objects & Ideas: Construction and Deconstruction, the current unit I am studying. When this is complete I will be half way there, time flies when you're having fun!
I have selected a speaker as my object and am feeling very challenged in many ways.
I have also signed up for a new venture, a pop up market in Taylor Square Sydney on Thursday 6th October. 5-9pm. It is part of the Crave festival. Run by Sydney Sustainable Markets I am trying to concentrate on re- using glass for my work. Lots of fun!!!
